Introduction to The Project
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) is a World Bank funded project and implementing by the Government of KP Elementary and Secondary Education Department. The project aims to improve the availability, utilization, and quality of elementary and secondary education services in the selected districts of KP.
AIM & OBJECTIVE OF HCIP
The project aims to introduce new ideas in the Education, and specifically, implements the vision of provincial government in increasing literacy rate and availability, utilization and quality of education services in the selected districts of province.

In the name of almighty Allah, the most merciful and most benevolent. It gives me an immense pleasure to be a part of the World Bank funded Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) being implemented by Elementary and Secondary Education Department. The project aims to introduce new ideas in the Education, and specifically, implements the vision of provincial government in increasing literacy rate and availability, utilization and quality of education services in the selected districts of province.
There is no denying the fact that elementary and secondary education is the basic need of every society, however, a gigantic task is remained to be the systematic provision of this facility to the individuals. The KP- HCIP strives to fulfil it’s manifold responsibilities through a team of energetic and professional individuals who are utilising their maximum capabilities to fulfil the assigned tasks.
Finalizing a project with all its objectives, is our ultimate aim. The trickle-down benefits of the project for the society are the anticipated impacts at the completion of KP-HCIP project. The objectives of the KP-HCIP (PMU) are associated with effective implementation and meeting these project goals. We are committed to complete all the set indicators of the project implementing in the selected districts of KP within its stipulated time.
